The Department of Employment and Human Resources (DoEHR), Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR) is pleased to inform all interested and eligible Bhutanese under the purview of MoLHR (Sectors outside the preview of RCSC) that the online applications for the Australia Awards Scholarships commencing in January 2020 are now open and will close on 30 April 2019.
Dr. Ugyen Tshewang joined the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources as the Chief Human Resource Officer on 4th January 2019. Before joining the Ministry, he served as the Chief Human Resource Officer of the Ministry of Finance.
As per the 152nd Commission Meeting of Royal Civil Service Commission held on January 1, 2019, Ms. Sonam Pelden Thaye, Director of Directorate Services, Ministry of Labour and Human Resources is transferred as the Director for the Royal Institute of Management with effect from January 15, 2019.
Ms. Pem Dechen Thinley is appointed as the Chief Finance Officer of Finance Division, Directorate Services. Earlier she served as the Deputy Chief Finance Officer in the same department.
