The training of the first batch of 30 job seekers enrolled in Computer Hardware and Networking training under Skills Development Plan(SDP) at the Technical Training Institute, Rangjung in Trashigang started on October 7, 2021. The 3-months long training will mainly focus on installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer systems and devices, and installation and configuration of networks. The training is intended to engage the youths by providing some basic computer skills that will help enhance their employability in future and will stretch until January 6, 2022.
TTI, Rangjung offers the same course as a part of their regular program under NC2 for 14 months covering 5 modules. The institute level(IC) training under SDP will however cover only 3 modules.Two Bhutanese Trainers shall be recruited on contract for this program in the third week of October, 2021. Meantime, the existing two regular trainers will deliver the course.The launching ceremony is graced by Dasho Dzongdag of Trashigang.
