The Department of Employment and Human Resources (DoEHR), Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR) in partnership with Skillshare (www.skillshare.com) is pleased to announce the availability of fully funded online learning opportunity for 1000 learners. The learning is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) technical assistance grant. Skillshare is an online learning community for people who are interested to learn from global experts on topics including illustration, music, fine arts, web design, animation, photography, video, marketing, freelancing, and many more. Our partnership with Skillshare has been initiated to support job seekers to learn skills needed for employment (including self-employment) and for young entrepreneurs to help expand/grow their current business.

The Skillshare will be available for Bhutanese learners with effect from 1st February 2021 for a duration of one year only. Once registered, learners can take up any number of courses on Skillshare till 1st February 2022.
Yes, you will have access to the entire catalogue of courses until February 1, 2022.

Skillshare does not provide certificates of completion. However, courses can prepare the learner for certification tests outside of the platform. Learners will have the satisfaction of learning something new and useful, and gain competency in different skill areas.

• Young entrepreneurs interested to expand and grow their business with the acquisition of new skills
HRSDD will assess your eligibility once we receive your application online. Eligible applicants will be enrolled into the Skillshare program. Leaning will be monitored on a periodic basis to provide a learning opportunity to interested learners.
